We just want to be upfront and clear with you, so here’s how our refund policy works.
At Fresco Solution, we’re passionate about delivering high-quality Shopify themes and custom store services. We put a lot of time and effort into our designs and development work to make sure you’re happy with the results. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help.
For Shopify Themes (Digital Products)
Once a theme is purchased and downloaded, we generally can’t offer refunds, just like with most digital products. The reason is: once the files are out, they can’t be “returned.” But don’t worry—we’re always happy to support you if you run into issues, and we’ll do our best to fix any bugs or confusion.
If you feel like something’s really off with your purchase, get in touch and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis. If we made a mistake, we’ll own it and make it right.
For Store Design & Development Services
For custom work (like full store setup, theme customization, or development tasks), we work closely with you throughout the project. Because of the time and resources involved, we do not offer refunds once work has started or been delivered.
However, if you change your mind before any work has begun, we can discuss partial refunds based on the time and planning already invested.
